Don started in Medical Sales as a Sales Representative in 1979 with a small medical company named Surgicot Inc. From there he spent over ten years with American Sterilizer Company. (AMSCO) and worked his way from Sales Associate to Regional Manager to finally National Accounts Manager. From there he spent ten years with Conmed Corp. an International electrosurgical product manufacturer. He had a successful career as a Surgical Systems Specialist, supporting Sales Associates in his region by educating surgeons and nurses on the correct use of electrosurgery in the Operating Room.

Don has a combined total of over twenty years in the medical industry in Sales and Sales Management.
